TERMS OF PURCHASE
These Terms of Purchase constitute a legally binding electronic transaction agreement between individual users and our cosmetic e-commerce platform, applicable to all browsing, ordering, payment, and purchasing behaviors of users on the website. All users who complete order payment and successfully generate platform transactions shall be deemed to have fully read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all the terms of this agreement, and shall abide by the standardized transaction rules and service constraints stipulated in these purchase terms during the whole process of platform shopping transactions.
In terms of order placement and user qualification, users shall ensure that they have full civil capacity when placing orders on the platform, and the information submitted during order placement, including consignee information, shipping address, and contact information, is true, accurate, valid, and complete. Users shall bear all legal responsibilities and economic losses caused by false, wrong, or incomplete order information leading to logistics delivery failure, order loss, and other problems. The platform reserves the right to reject order placement and transaction services for users with abnormal transaction behaviors, malicious order placement, and illegal use of the platform.
In terms of order payment rules, all transactions on the platform adopt a unified USD currency settlement standard, and all product prices displayed on the website are final prices denominated in US dollars, including no hidden fees. Users shall complete order payment through the official legal payment channels supported by the platform after confirming the order product information, quantity, and price. After the user completes the payment successfully, the platform will automatically confirm the order validity and enter the order processing and shipment preparation process. The platform will not modify the order price without reason after the order is generated, and all transaction prices are transparent and consistent.
In terms of order shipment and delivery rules, all valid paid orders of the platform will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation. The platform implements a unified global distribution standard for all domestic and international orders, with a fixed delivery cycle of 6-12 working days, and all global orders enjoy free shipping services without any shipping cost charged to users. The platform provides official expedited distribution services for users with urgent delivery needs, and the specific expedited service rules and processing cycle shall be subject to the official announcement and customer service notification of the platform.
In terms of order after-sales rights and obligations, users enjoy the platform’s official 60-day global return service right and 5-10 working days refund service guarantee after purchasing products. Users shall abide by the platform’s return and refund policy when initiating after-sales applications, ensure that the returned products are intact, unused, and keep the original packaging and accessories complete (except for product quality problems). The platform shall perform the obligations of product quality guarantee, logistics distribution guarantee, and after-sales service guarantee in accordance with these terms and relevant platform policies, and solve legitimate user after-sales demands in a timely manner.
In terms of transaction restriction and liability exemption, the platform will not bear the liability for delivery delay or transaction failure caused by force majeure factors including natural disasters, extreme weather, international logistics policy adjustment, customs inspection delay, and other uncontrollable factors. Users shall not use the platform’s transaction services for illegal trading, malicious arbitrage, fake return and refund, and other improper behaviors. Once the platform finds any user’s illegal or improper transaction behavior, it has the right to cancel the order, suspend the service, and pursue the corresponding legal liabilities.
In terms of term revision and dispute resolution, the platform reserves the right to update and revise these Terms of Purchase according to business operation adjustment and policy requirement changes. The revised terms will be publicly released on the platform homepage and take effect automatically after publication. For all transaction disputes arising from platform shopping behaviors, both parties shall first resolve them through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the legal dispute resolution mechanism applicable to the platform’s operating jurisdiction.
